General Cancellation and Refund Policies
From the Customer:
- Cancellation is completely free of charge, provided it is communicated at least 12 hours before the agreed departure time.
- In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
- The customer can request cancellation by writing to: info@rentboatmalaga.com or by phone at +34 624 225 288.
From the Company:
The company reserves the right to cancel the booking if weather conditions do not permit safe navigation. In this case, the rental service will be rescheduled to another day chosen by the customer, provided the boat is available. If the customer cannot reschedule due to the end of their holiday and returning to their home country, the amount paid for the booking will be refunded.
