Quicksilver 555 open is a very new boat, with almost 6 meters lenght, outboard motor Mercury 100CV of 4-strokes. Qualification/licence required.
Ideal for boat fishing, watersports or family outgoings.

TERM AND CONDITIONS: BOOKING RENTAL
- Be over 18 years old.
- To own license/qualification if necessary.
- To make a reservation, the client must make a prepayment: 30% of the rental Price.
- The rental price includes a compulsory insurance RC (Civil liability). Additionally, the client can hire another insurance: SOVI (Obligatory traveller’s insurance).
FUEL:
Fuel is not included in the price.
BAIL:
€300 provided at the signing of the contract, before boarding. The bail will be returned to the client at the end of the service, after checking the conditions of the boat.
By the Client:
- If the service is cancelled one week before the departure date, 100% of the reservation amount will be refunded to the client.
- If the service is cancelled 3 days before the departure date, 50% of the reservation amount will be refunded to the client.
- If the service is cancelled 24 hours before the departure date, the client will lose the reservation amount.
By the Company:
The Company reserves the right to cancel the service in case of climatic conditions do not allow safe navigation. In this particular case, the date Service will be changed at client request, choosing a new one (previously consulting availability of the boat).
If the client is unable to select a new date (either because the end of their holidays is near or they must return to their countries) the amount of reservation made, will be refunded.
These Term and Conditions regulate the commercial relationship between Rentboatmalaga.com and its clients.
